| I believe this is one of the best of Christian Slater's flicks. Great soundtrack, good action, very funny... . The action is very exciting and the characters are well-built and interesting. The classic confrontation of teenagers and responsibilities was never better portrayed than it is in this movie, and it is also well connected to all the other events of the storyline. I watched it for the first time when I was fourteen and it still strikes me the same way every time I watch it again. | Don't get me wrong, it's a cheesy 90s action comedy. But it's a great cheesy 90s action comedy. You got Christian Slater of Heathers, playing the snarky, irresponsible, but lovable George Kuffs. He finds out his girlfriend Maya Played by future RE Star Milla Jovovich is pregnant and leaves her to find a way to get some money from his more responsible Patrol Special brother Brad Played by Tron himself Bruce Boxleitner . | i just love this movie had not watch this in sometime, i had forgotten how good it was. i just laughed all the way though again slater is perfect in the roll of kuffs. it was a character tailor made for him. the endless banter to the camera is great and yes i no some people hatred it for that alone.each to there own.the cop story is your standard fare but its like ferris bullers day off with guns.it has good comedy good action and milla what more do you need i mean serious even the non widescreen DVD didn't distract me. and for me that is saying something. yes it is old school but you <more> |

| This movie was filled with thrills and chills. I was on the edge of my seat and couldn't wait to figure out what happens next. It was a touching portrayel of a young menace to society turned into a cop because his brother is killed and he seeks revenge. He ditches his girlfriend Maya played my Milla Jovavich because he finds out she is pregnant. This movie was the coolest action packed movie ever! It's a must see, totally. I mean, who needs experience when you got attitude? |

| I liked this movie. I thought it was pretty good especially Christian Slater's performance- What a hottie!! . I don't think it is the best movie in the world, but it isn't the worst either. It is one I would recommend for ANYONE who loves either Christian Slater or violence. I loved the scenes where he is in the shower, and the one where he is cooking for his date with his shirt off!!! |

| This is one of the best action-comedy movies that I have ever seen. The movie is full of hilarious one-liners, and action too. The plot is very original, not like a scheme I have ever seen in a cop film before. Don't watch this movie expecting it to be like Lethal Weapon, this isn't a film to be taken seriously. It's about a young, renegade 20-year old who takes over a special police unit after his brother, who ran the unit, was killed. This is a good action-comedy that will keep you laughing through the whole film. And Milla Jovovich is in it to boot...yeah, I'm a guy, sue me. |

| This movie is one of my favorites. I saw one scene of it the dry cleaning store scene when I was 8, but I was too young to care. Fast-forward to about 2 weeks ago, when my mom rented me some movies, and I fell in love with Kuffs.Christian Slater pretty much plays the same character: a smart-alec with the ability to kick some @$$. I love the way he can play that role in this movie, with a hilarious joke or monologue to the viewers just about every other minute!Sure, it has its rough spots: the action could have been better, and I would have liked to see a little more of Milla Jovovich, but <more> |

| This is a perfectly enjoyable light romp. Slater is very charming as the over his head young man that inherits his brothers security business. This is nothing more then enjoyable fluff. Slater fans may have overlooked this cute little movie. |
